Frauger

1. Who we are

Frauger is an online forms service operated by Aleksi Suoknuuti, based in Finland ("we", "us", "our"). By using Frauger you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Frauger lets you create forms, collect responses, and export data. We offer a free plan and paid plans. Features available to you depend on the plan you have at the time of use.

3. Your account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We use magic-link sign-in — no passwords are stored. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page, which permanently removes all your data.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Frauger to:

Collect data from people without their knowledge or consent
Distribute spam, phishing content, or malware
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Your data

You own the forms you create and the responses you collect. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We process your data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. All data is stored on servers located in the European Union.

6. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh). All prices are in EUR and include any applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Frauger available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Frauger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts.
